Organized by the European Documentary Network, Below Zero is an international pitch and financing forum for documentary projects focusing on life above the Arctic Circle. Written and directed by Laura Rietveld, Harry follows a year in the extraordinary life of Harry Sam Willy Okpik, a 57-year old Inuit dog-team racing champion who lost one of his legs in a traumatic hunting accident in his twenties.
